Cost of treatment

We accept a wide variety of insurance plans. And as a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims on your behalf as an out-of-network provider. Our staff will do a complimentary benefits check to give you an idea of coverage that your insurance provides. We encourage you to also speak with your insurance provider to clarify your specific policy details. Additionally, we offer a $50 new patient credit that can be used at your first visit.

If you have the need, we partner with LendingClub and CareCredit. These services provide no-interest financing, long-term plans, and flexible interest rates based on your need and credit.

We recognize that no two treatments are the same. You may require more or less rigorous intervention than others depending on your habits and the health of your teeth. Because of this, we want to provide an accurate cost for your care by evaluating your dental needs in-person.

This is why we provide a free consultation to all our clients seeking complex dental treatment. Please call our office today at 740.881.2600 or schedule your consultation through our online form.

We kindly request payment at the time of treatment. You may pay any balance you owe at our office using cash, check or any major credit card listed here.

Appointments & scheduling

We are often able to work with you to find a day and time that works best for your appointment. Often, your new appointment will be between 1 to 2 weeks from the time of scheduling. However, if you are in a lot of pain, we will work to see you as soon as possible.

Typically, our busiest months are near the end of the year, so most delays will occur then. If you are ever concerned, please call us to check for appointment availability.

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call our office at 740.881.2600. We will help you find a better time and day for your dental care needs. For any cancellations, we politely ask for notification no less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

If you need to cancel for any reason, we politely ask for notification no less than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows will be charged $50 per hour of the missed appointment.

For more extensive procedures, a 20% reservation fee will be collected at the time your procedure is scheduled. Your payment will be put toward your treatment balance. Please know, this 20% cannot be returned if the appointment has to be cancelled and not rescheduled. This is due to the expenses we acquire in preparing for larger cases.

We understand your time is valuable, and we arrange our schedule to limit wait times, even when we’re most busy. Routine hygiene appointments typically take around 1 hour to complete. But, your appointment time will vary based on your dental care need.

Please call us at 740.881.2600 prior to your appointment if you have any concerns about scheduling. As always, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Yes, you can! Dr. Patel specializes in dramatic, one-day smile transformations. Traditional smile makeovers involve communicating back-and-forth with an outside lab or with multiple dentists to achieve your transformation. But Dr. Patel can craft your smile in-house, dramatically cutting out wait times where it counts.

Your journey begins with a free consultation. Here, Dr. Patel talks with you about your dental care desires and how we can help. We answer your questions and schedule your appointment. Between your consultation and your appointment, we prepare everything we need to complete your transformation in one visit.

If you need dental implants, we can place them in one day. After you heal, you will come back to have your crowns set. And, we complete any other finishing touches that same day. If you need dental veneers placed, we also do that on the same day. And, we provide complimentary professional teeth whitening for major smile transformations.

Each part of these visits would traditionally be broken up into multiple appointments at other dental offices. But at our office, we complete each core piece of even our most dramatic makeovers in a single day.

We are happy that you want to share your dental experience with others! If you refer a friend or family member to us, you both will receive $50 off your next dental appointment. To learn more, click the link below.

Dr. Patel is known for providing unprecedented, state-of-the-art dental care and same-day smile transformations. We offer teeth straightening, clinical-strength whitening, restorative dentistry, Botox® treatments, and dental implant restorations among other key services.

A dental implant is a permanent dental prosthetic for missing teeth. Each has three parts:

  1. A permanent root made from titanium alloy that is surgically placed in your jawbone.
  2. A beautiful, natural-looking, high-grade porcelain replacement tooth made just for your smile.
  3. An abutment made from titanium or zirconia that connects the artificial root with the replacement tooth.

These dental restorations are very much like regrowing your lost tooth. They can last over 20 years, and look and function just like natural teeth.

Invisalign® is a popular, removable tooth alignment tray. Many people find them appealing because they are convenient, discrete, and more comfortable than traditional braces. They don’t even limit your diet like traditional braces.  However, they can be expensive, and some alignment can’t be done with Invisalign® alone.

Six Month Smiles® braces are more discrete and comfortable than traditional braces. They match the color of your teeth and can perform major alignments in a fraction of the time. Additionally, they are typically more affordable than Invisalign®. However, they can limit your diet and potentially complicate your dental hygiene routine while wearing them.

Dental veneers are thin shells that attach directly to the front of your teeth. They are used to cover chips, cracks and heavy stains while protecting your tooth from further damage.

To place them, Dr. Patel removes a very thin layer of enamel from your teeth to ensure a secure bond. This also ensures your restoration doesn’t stick out past your gumline.

Ultra-thin dental veneers are strong and highly durable. And at our office, we design your veneers to perfectly match your smile, so your restoration looks beautifully natural.

You care for veneers like you would your natural teeth. Simply brush twice a day and floss once a day, and your beautiful new smile will last for years.

A dental crown is a highly realistic dental restoration. Typically, they are used to restore function and strength to damaged teeth, teeth with large cavities and dental implants. And when made by a highly skilled dental technician like Dr. Neal Patel, they are nearly indistinguishable from real teeth.

We can make ceramic crowns that match the rest of your smile – and in only one appointment. Sometimes, in just over one hour, you can have a strong, beautiful tooth that looks completely natural.

Most people know about over-the-counter whitening kits and whitening toothpastes. And given enough time, they can produce beautiful results. However, that can take months, and for some, may not even work. Severely stained teeth may require further treatment. Or, there may be an underlying health issue affecting the appearance of your teeth that needs to be addressed.

Professional teeth whitening is faster, more thorough and produces brighter results. We can whiten your smile in as little as a single 90 minute appointment with Boost whitening.

Take home whitening kits also produce beautiful results, but they often take more time to complete than in-office whitening. Often, results can appear after 2 to 4 weeks.

The best whitening solution depends on your availability and lifestyle. To learn more about how we can make your smile brighter, call us at 740.881.2600.

Botox® is a drug that is commonly used to reduce wrinkles in the face and other parts of the body. It is also FDA-approved to treat chronic migraines, severe underarm sweating, and to control muscle spasms. It is considered very safe to use when administered by a trained professional like Dr. Patel.

We use a tiny needle to deliver each unit of Botox® to the target areas for your treatment. Most patients find it to be fairly comfortable, and the treatment is very quick.

If you are looking to receive Botox®, call us at 740.881.2600 to schedule your appointment today.
