Lynne talks about accommodation
For me, it was very important to understand the condition of my teeth. I’m an attorney by trade, so I’m a perpetual learner. It was very helpful to understand where I was, what work I needed and how my smile would look.
Dr. Neal Patel really took the time to walk me through that entire process. When I had questions, he made sure that I understood. He told me things in a way that I understood. And not having a dental background, that went a long way to ease my concerns and anxiety. Through all the processes, he really took extra time to make sure that I was doing OK. He wanted to be sure I wasn’t getting anxiety again.
Dr. Patel is able to do a lot of work in-house. Where other dentists have to rely on other labs or offices. It’s a more strung-out process for those dentists. But Dr. Patel can make caps and crowns right here in the office. This helps for people like me who have schedules that are pretty busy or tight already. That was very helpful.
