We are proud to announce the new Infinite Smiles by Dr. Neal Patel! Dr. Patel strives to provide the best dental care possible. We updated our online presence to make learning about our practice and scheduling appointments easier and faster than it ever was before.
Our brand received a face-lift to match the state-of-the-art, accommodating, luxury atmosphere of our office, including a new logo. Our practice and policies haven’t changed. You can still expect to experience the same level of high quality care you have always received with us.
We have worked hard to ensure your experience is as optimized as possible, but if you have questions, we are happy to help. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get started.
Why the new logo?
At our office and online, you may notice our new logo. Our new logo, “the atom”, reflects the change in our brand, and better represents our practice.
- We enhanced the blues in our color palette to add a pop of color.
- The infinitely looping, intertwining lines of the logo resemble an atom, the building blocks of all matter and a symbol for Dr. Neal Patel’s background in molecular genetics.
- The lighter color in the logo forms an “S” and the darker color an infinity symbol. Combined, they form Infinite Smiles.
Why did you change the website?
Our old website provided most of everything our patients needed. However, it was slow, cluttered and not optimized for our busy patients on-the-go.
The new website makes more information more easily accessible, while providing enhanced versions of existing features. If you browse most websites online from your phone or tablet, you can expect a faster, more optimized layout.
The new site is still evolving. We are adding new features all the time, and we look forward to sharing them with you!
Do these changes affect me as a new or existing patient?
These changes don’t affect you or your dental experience with us at all! We have simply updated our logo (no name change) and website. Our website provides easier access to appointment request forms, services content and other informational content.
Do I need to update any of my patient information?
Not at all! We still maintain the same information for all of our patients.
If you would like to change your patient information because you recently moved or changed phone numbers, fill out our update contact information form online.
Are any policies changing?
None of our policies have changed. You will still experience the same great services and amenities at your appointments!
Our online privacy policies haven’t changed, but they also have a new look.
Will I still recognize your business?
Our name hasn’t changed, just our logo. So you can expect to still see Infinite Smiles and Dr. Neal Patel posted on our site, business cards, appointment reminders, invoices, and all patient forms.
Can I still expect to see the same great staff I know at Infinite Smiles of Powell, OH?

Has your website URL or phone number changed?
None of our contact information has changed. Feel free to search for us online and call us using the same web address and phone number you usually use!
To better optimize your online experience, some of the links within our site may have changed. This will only affect you if you had a specific page bookmarked in the past. Fortunately, our new site layout is very similar, so you should be able to find that page again with no issues.
Has your location (physical address) changed?
We are still located at 7500 Sawmill Parkway in Powell, Ohio for all of your dental needs.
Are there more changes coming soon?
We’re glad you asked! Dentistry is constantly changing, and so are we.
Currently, we are working to update our building and roadside signage to reflect the new brand. We are also constantly improving our facility, technologies, and amenities to give you the most comfortable, convenient experience possible.
The new website will also continue to be updated to include some features from our old site and some new features. We will post more on those updates as they come.
